The Program

WAIV (pronounced "wave") — WorkAbility IV — is a collaboration between UC Berkeley, employers, students, and the California State Department of Rehabilitation. WAIV connects a select group of students and recent Cal graduates who have disabilities with employers who are interested in hiring the best.
