Employers: Connecting with Participants

There are a lot of ways you can connect with WAIV participants:Virtually

• Direct introductions: This is where you let WAIV know what type of position you are looking to fill, and majors you are interested in. We do the research and refer you and the participant directly to each other.
• Your own connection: After browsing through the profiles, and you'd like to talk with a participant, contact us for the participant contact information and you can go from there.
• Through Facebook: Join our Facebook group.
• Write up a blurb about your organization, and send it to WAIV for the Employer Focus.
• Send us the job descriptions you have; we'll post them on the Weekly Wave.

Face-to-Face

• Have an information session about your organization (WAIV can help you set that up)
• Offer to conduct a workshop for participants (mock interviews, resume reviews, etc.)
• Host a pizza night!
• Participate in our networking events
